Insurance of personal property, household contents and cars is the responsibility of each resident. The observation of a few simple precautions may avoid the distress caused by theft and vandalism:

• Always securely close front doors of the houses

• Advise builders and workmen about keeping the house door closed

• Consider restricted entry times for trades people

• Do not leave communal garden doors unlocked

• Do not leave property exposed in your car

• Consider the use of a steering wheel lock for your car

If you are the victim of crime notify the police in the first instance. If you are aware of a crime which has been committed or attempted in The Paragon, don’t hesitate to inform us so that all residents can be alerted.
